Just look at these two cuties π
But Ginger is a hussy of a pussy, one minute he's snuggling up in bed with Mavis ... only to be disturbed when Mum towers over them to take a photo ...
... and then the next day he's snoozing away with Suky!!
Has anyone else tried these grapes yet. I got mine from Aldi, but I believe they are also available from Marks and Sparks, andno doubt other places as well but shops do like to say that they are exclusive with things don't they.
Anyway do you think they taste like Cotton Candy, or Candy Floss as we call it in the UK? I get it every now and then but then they just taste like rather weird grapes the rest of the time. They are nothing special anyway, so if you haven't tried them yet I wouldn't rush out to get some specially.
Sue xx
I've read similar reviews about those grapes and I really don't think I will bother.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of the smaller members of your family! Ginger sounds a real character.
xx
He's just a totally laid back cat with not a worry in the world. Unless you're a rabbit ... then he's a murderous killing machine.
DeleteI've seen them on vlogs from the UK but have never seen them in stores here in the States. They seem intriguing and odd at the same time.
ReplyDeleteYes I first saw them on Sopherina's vlog, and when I spotted them in Aldi thought I would give them a try.
DeleteGinger may be a hussy but those photographs are so very cute. Do they ever sleep all curled up together?
ReplyDeleteI have never seen those grapes before but I think I'll stick with the regular variety. X
They do occasionally, but Ginger likes to sleep in different places, his second favourite place is currently on the table in the conservatory underneath the Christmas Cactus. The place they ALL like the best is on top of Alan when he gets on the sofa for an afternoon nap!!
DeleteI've never seen those grapes either.....
ReplyDeleteWhat a couple of cuties in the dog bed! A lovely photo xx
I felt guilty when they both woke up and looked up at me ... although it did make for a good photo.
DeleteStimulating title and very apt.
ReplyDeleteIf John Gray can get away with it, so can I ;-)
DeleteYour little ones are so cute, our two dogs never sleep together and tend to have their own little spots, but if one is missing eg at the vet the other doesn't like it at all.I won't bother with those grapes then, I have been freezing some of ours and I love them like that especially on a warm day or I will have them whilst watching television in the evening as my sweet treat.
ReplyDeleteThey start the day or night in one bed with one partner, but by morning they are always all in different places. Yes I have a little tub of 'normal' grapes in the freezer at all times. They make a lovely little refreshing snack don't they.
DeleteI have a similar photo of my daughter-in-law's pug and cat curled up together. They look so sweet.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pair! I haven't tried those particular grapes, but I am sure I tried some strawberry flavoured ones a few years ago; they were favoured by the Victorians, apparently, then fell from grace only to be rediscovered and saved from the brink. Thank you for the follow, and lovely comment you left on my blog.
ReplyDeleteI was wondering about yesterday's drawing? Any more info about it?
ReplyDeleteAnimals that are friends.
You are definitely walking on the wild side with grapes that are cotton candy flavored.
Dc beat me to saying that your title is much like a JG tempter!
ReplyDeleteHadn't heard of the grapes and now I have don't think I'll bother.
Overflowing with apples and pears anyway - wont need to buy any fresh fruit all month -
All I can say is that as with most cats I have made the acquaintance of over the years (and I do adore cats as well as dogs) it is obvious who is boss of the bed when it comes to choosing the prime spot.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, the dogs always move to allow Ginger his space. He most definitely rules all the beds ππ
DeleteThey always look so cute sleeping together! Cats are very good at finding the warmest spot to sleep. We have the cotton candy grapes here once in a while but I have not tried them yet.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how the "hype" can make people buy something but then it's not-so-great after all. "Cotton Candy Grapes" sounds so decadent, doesn't it. *lol* I probably would buy them if I saw them too. Love, Andrea xoxo
ReplyDeleteI bought those grapes--once. They taste too sweet, and in sort of an artificial flavor way.
ReplyDeleteYou've put your finger on the taste right there!!
DeleteSuch gorgeous photos♥
ReplyDeleteI have tried them once, but didn't like them at all. They are awfully expensive in comparison to ordinary grapes.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I’ve heard of these but have never seen them here in New Zealand.
ReplyDeleteI've just started hearing about them in the shops here but haven't tried them as yet. I'm not sure that I want my fresh fruit to taste like Candy Floss!
ReplyDeletewhat dear little pets you have, so sweet. I haven't seen those grapes but if I do will be curious to try them.
