The Rest of My Present Off Mum

The second part of my birthday present spending with the cheque off my Mum arrived yesterday.  Queue much excitement and taste testing.

Alan likes them all , so of course I will share.  😃

It's going to be like having a little shop in the cupboard.

These are a real treat because of course I could have made flapjacks ... but birthdays are for treats, and this is mine.

I need a bit of cupboard rearranging to fit in the last two boxes but its looking like a very healthy treat cupboard for us both.  We will be making them last as they have really good dates on, so perhaps one pack each per day ... or two in an emergency 🤣

  1. I have to say, our chocolate stash goes down far quicker than we want it too, even at one weeny Twix biscuit or Twirl bar a day!! We'd best not mention the speed the bloomin' wine box went down!!

    These look delish - enjoy!

  2. Oooooh, it would be far too dangerous for us to have boxes full of treats like that.....we have nowhere near enough self control! Have a lovely time choosing 1 (or more!) each day ;-) xx

  3. Wow! They look amazing. Like Sooze, I wouldn't dare but what a great way to spend birthday money. The gift that keeps giving (assuming one per day)

  7. Yummy, enjoy those. I do like this once a week shopping and having a nice full fridge and cupboard, at least for a while so you must be delighted with your stash. I'm pretty good at rationing, Mr FF would have eaten our emergency chocolate by no if I let him.

    1. I ordered them when the website first launched so the offer was 25% off all orders and free postage and packing. Now I think the 25% has ended but you still get free postage and packing with the code FREEPOSTUK.

For anyone that wants to take a look the website is here - https://deliciouslyella.com/buy/

  12. Cor...they look lovely. Could I stop at one? I doubt it as I have very little self control. I must take a peek at the website anyway though... ;)

  13. Oh my, this post has me almost drooling! It is not safe for me to have more than a small amount of sweets in the house as I have such poor self control. But what a wonderful birthday gift and you certianly deserve to celebrate and enjoy!
